Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship (Level 3)

Designed for aspiring Managers / Supervisors, Project Managers, Team Leaders, Supervisors, Junior Managers, Middle Managers, this 18-24 month Apprenticeship covers:

Operations / Departmental Apprenticeship (Level 5)

Ideal for experienced Project Managers, Team Leaders, Supervisors, Junior Managers, Middle Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, this 24-30 month Apprenticeship covers:

  • Operational Planning and Management
  • Managing Teams
  • Communication
  • Personal and Professional Development
  • Managing Risk
  • Financial Management
  • Negotiation and Persuasion
  • Project Management
  • Law in Business
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making

 

NEW Senior Leader (Level 7)

This qualification is coming soon.

Aimed at individuals responsible for setting direction, vision, governance and providing a clear sense of purpose for their area of responsibility the level 7 Senior Leadership Programme has been designed provide an ambitious curriculum to foster, develop and stretch the knowledge, skills and behaviours to be a high performing senior leader. Delivered over 24 months.
